The Newmart Cineplex is the newest cinema in downtown Dalian and offers six screens of cutting-edge digital viewing technology. All screens include box-style sofa seating, QSC surround sound technology and soundproof screening rooms. Screening room No. 1 houses the cineplex's giant screen and can seat up to 300 people. Hall 1 is available for private screenings, presentations or conferences upon request. The cinema concessions offer standard Western movie house fare such as popcorn, candy and assorted beverages. Theater-goers also have access to the cineplex's on site lounge bar, video store and souvenir shop.
