The Tree is located in twisting alleys of Sanlitun around the corner from Kai and in front of Poacher's Inn. It's jam-packed on the weekends, but is popular weekdays as well for its superb thin-crust pizzas and superior Belgian beers. The wood-fired brick pizza oven is the centerpiece of the restaurant, and you can watch as the chefs knead your pizza to perfection. RMB 100 -199 per couple. Accepts international credit cards.
