great pub food, one of the best burgers in beijing (try the deluxe if you don't shy off in front of meet), real alcohol, generous servings, nice crowd, friendly staff and management team and people can get quite sociable, especially when everyone is a bit tipsy :) only minus : open mike sessions can get a bit redundant, lack of creativity and guts
