This bar has become one of the most popular nightlife venues in Beijing and it’s no wonder. At first walking into a slightly scruffy looking Eastern Hotel you wouldn’t expect anything special from Q Bar but once entering the bar you realize that you’ve entered another world. Very stylish inside, the bar uses dark wood and red walls to create a sophisticated atmosphere, but it is outside that explains the popularity of the place. The rooftop terrace is amazing, with comfortable sofas creating chill out corners where you can chat to your friends and admire the night sky, this is the ultimate relaxing experience that makes you realize why people love Beijing’s nightlife scene. Even though it feels luxurious it’s not too expensive and the food is absolutely delicious. Try quesadillas that are possibly the best ones in all Beijing. Equally good are the martini Wednesday’s where maritini’s are two for the price of one and the roof top is not too crowded.
